Over 30 years ago, there was a fellow - half Indian - that introduced us to grilling meat on a large outdoor cooker. We began to learn from watching and helping him cook Boston Butts, Hams, Ribs, Steaks, Chicken and of course Wild Game. That special way he had of combining seasonings and sauces, put eating in a whole new dimension.
Bullfrog Spice is our attempt of trying to carry on a tradition born on the outdoor grill so many years ago. Thank you Master Doyle for giving us the flair for cooking, and adding Spice to our life.
